My order showed up without any issues, so that part was fine. But compared to other treatment plans I’ve gotten before, this one felt a little confusing. It didn’t really lay out what I should expect or when I was supposed to follow up, so I ended up rereading it a few times and still wasn’t totally sure. Support did help a bit, which I appreciated, but I really wish the instructions had been clearer from the beginning.

"Tracking Was Way Off and Super Frustrating"
My tracking sat on “processing” for days, so I assumed it hadn’t even shipped yet. Then out of nowhere it changed to “delivered,” but there was nothing in my mailbox or by my door. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait, which didn’t help much since the tracking clearly wasn’t reflecting what was actually going on. From my perspective, the whole process felt really disorganized, especially because it was something I needed to arrive on time.

The subscription setup really got on my nerves. I figured pausing or canceling would be straightforward, but I ended up clicking around way longer than I expected. The options felt like they were tucked away on purpose, and the whole time I was worried I’d get charged again before I could sort it out. Maybe the actual service works for some people, but the subscription management was enough to ruin it for me. I wouldn’t sign up again.

"Not the most convenient"
I was hoping this would be easier to use, but it ended up feeling a bit more awkward than expected. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not very convenient overall, and it just felt.....

"I feel like this place used..."
I feel like this place used to be better. This time, the clinical side felt really rushed and kind of impersonal. I didn’t feel like anyone was really listening to me, which was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Pretty disappointed in the end"
In the end, I was disappointed. The ordering process itself was fine and straightforward, but the medication just didn’t really do much for me. I gave it a fair amount of time and kept hoping I’d notice a difference, but there wasn’t much change. Maybe it works better for other people, but my experience was just okay at best

"Didn’t feel as private as I hoped"
I tried RedboxRx because, as someone who’s private about personal health stuff, I thought it would feel more discreet. it didn’t really land that way for me. The process felt a little too exposed, and the communication wasn’t as subtle as I expected. I’m sure it might work fine for people who aren’t as sensitive about privacy, but that was the main reason I gave it a shot, and I just didn’t feel comfortable

"Got It, But the Tracking Was a Mess"
At first glance, I thought my order was lost. It did show up eventually, but the status updates were confusing and way too slow. I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying fast.

I tried using RedboxRx a couple of times, and both times the medication I needed either wasn’t available or showed as unavailable after I’d already spent time filling everything out. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get something simple taken care of. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but there wasn’t much clear info on when it would be back in stock. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be an actual person to talk to about it, just the online process. It ended up feeling like a waste of time.

"The order itself was fine and…"
The order itself was fine and the bottle was still intact, but the box showed up crushed, like it had been tossed under someone’s gym bag or something. I could hear the bottle rattling around inside before I even opened it, which isn’t exactly comforting when it’s medication. I opened it at the kitchen counter while making coffee, and I was just relieved nothing had spilled. Expected better packaging for something like this

The first part of the experience was okay, but the follow-up care was kinda disappointing. I had a few questions afterward, and it took way too long to get a clear answer. It felt like once I had paid, I was pretty much on my own. I wouldn’t use them again...

"I expected the prices to feel a little lighter"
I went in thinking I’d find better deals, but once I started checking the actual price tags and adding things up, it didn’t feel as affordable as I hoped. A few items were only a tiny bit cheaper than usual, and some didn’t really seem discounted at all. Maybe it depends on what you’re buying, but for me, the savings just weren’t there.

"Left More Confused Than Helped"
I tried using redboxrx and reached out to the pharmacist with what I thought was a simple question about my prescription. The replies felt kind of copy-pasted and short, so I was sitting there like, wait… what?? I still didn’t really understand what to do. Support also took longer than I expected, which made the whole thing feel even less reassuring. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me, I wouldn’t use them again.

Right from the start, it felt like there were way too many steps. My first impression was that this should’ve been a lot simpler, i got annoyed quickly. I made it about halfway through before giving up.

The service itself was fine, but the communication with the provider was annoying. I kept waiting longer than I expected to hear back, and when they did reply, some of the answers were so short that it felt like they barely read what I asked. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole back-and-forth was frustrating and didn’t really make me feel great about using them again.
